Season 2 Wrap Up with Jon Wainwright

UPLR: In Session 020 – AB 375 Personal Data Privacy



Thomas Gerhart wraps up season 2 by telling us about AB 375 and AB 2182.  As the law is now, make sure to call any business that may have your personal information and tell them to delete it! (They have to).


UPLR: In Session 019 – AB 2943 Conversion Therapy



Devinn Larsen is here to tell us about AB 2943, which would have banned the practice of charging for providing sexual orientation change efforts (or conversion therapy).


UPLR: In Session 018 – SB 224 Sexual Harassment



Trisha Mannie tells us about SB 224.  This bill modifies current sexual harassment law by, among other things, providing that certain higher positions of power can be held liable for sexual harassment.


UPLR: In Session 017 – AB 2780 Vocational Evaluators in Divorce Proceedings



Today we’re talking with Reymond Huang about AB 2780.  This bill, now the current law in California, expands the educational requirements for vocational evaluators in divorce proceedings.
